Ericka Fraley

Ericka has been in the Real Estate business for 12 years. She began as a Builder’s Rep but decided to pursue her Realtor’s License and enjoys using her passions to help others. Ericka says “It is such a rewarding career when you enjoy what you do and you see people find their dreams becoming a reality. And on top of that, those same people become your friends.”

Ericka is also the Elementary Director at Cornerstone Christian Academy and teaches Junior High and High School on a part-time basis. She has also written and published a book and hopes to write more as time allows.

Ericka enjoys reading, writing, playing with her grandsons, spending time with her family, and going on beach trips with her hubby. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Tim, for 35 years in March. They have 2 adult children, Timmy and Tiffany. Timmy and his wife, Kelsey, have 2 boys that “Nana E” absolutely adores, Easton and Weston. Their daughter Tiffany is newly married to Seth Comer, and they have the sweetest puppy.

Overall, Ericka says her passions are about relationships and she finds great joy in extending love throughout every transaction she makes, whether that is showing homes, helping buyers and sellers with questions, teaching, decorating or just being that “go-to” person for those she has the privilege of knowing.
